We’re looking for a Channel Partner Manager – GSIs to strengthen these strategic relationships and build new ones across North America.
About the RoleThe Channel Partner Manager – GSIs will own the strategy, development, and execution of Seeq’s relationships with global and regional systems integrators. In this highly strategic, cross-functional role, you’ll shape joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies, foster trusted relationships, and drive measurable revenue growth through co-sell and co-deliver programs.
You’ll collaborate closely with Seeq’s sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment and success across partnerships that accelerate industrial digital transformation.
What You’ll DoPartner Strategy & Development
- Define and execute Seeq’s GSI partnership strategy in North America aligned with global objectives.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with GSI stakeholders, including practice leads, solution architects, and partner sales executives.
- Align Seeq’s capabilities with partner offerings and industry initiatives across energy, chemicals, life sciences, utilities, and mining.
Go-to-Market Execution
- Develop joint value propositions, solution offerings, and reference architectures with key partners.
- Drive partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline through co-sell campaigns, events, and field alignment.
- Coordinate Seeq and partner teams on target accounts to maximize success.
Partner Enablement & Governance
- Manage partner onboarding, enablement, and certification initiatives.
- Maintain partner dashboards, pipeline reporting, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Ensure CRM accuracy and visibility for all partner-related activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Seeq’s internal teams to ensure alignment on regional goals, partner strategies, and field execution.
- Collaborate with the Global Alliances and Marketing teams to deliver impactful joint campaigns and thought leadership.
RequirementsWhat You Bring
- 7+ years in alliances, partnerships, or channel management within enterprise software, SaaS, or industrial technology.
- Proven success building and managing relationships with GSIs (e.g., Accenture, Capgemini, Deloitte, Cognizant, Infosys, TCS, Wipro).
- Strong understanding of co-sell and co-deliver motions within cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing sectors such as oil & gas, chemicals, pharma, or utilities.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and executive engagement skills.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to create GTM plans and measure ROI.
- A self-starter mindset—comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
