We are seeking a highly strategic Partner Manager to lead and scale our global relationship with Google. This individual will be responsible for driving joint business initiatives, shaping strategic alignment, managing cross-functional engagement, and identifying long-term growth opportunities across all relevant business areas. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in managing complex, high-value partnerships with large tech companies, excels at stakeholder management, and is capable of influencing C-level relationships both internally and at Google. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy with Google that supports company-wide objectives and maximizes mutual value creation. 
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary executive liaison with senior Google stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration across business units. 
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with internal product, marketing, legal, engineering, and sales teams to align on partnership goals and ensure flawless execution of joint initiatives. 
  • Business Development: Identify new growth opportunities and joint ventures, including go-to-market programs, co-innovation efforts, and technology integrations. 
  • Negotiations: Lead complex contract negotiations in partnership with legal and procurement teams, ensuring favorable and scalable business terms. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs to track partnership performance, regularly report on impact, and optimize initiatives based on business outcomes and feedback. 
  • Thought Leadership: Stay current on industry trends and Google's evolving business strategies to identify areas of opportunity or risk. 

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or corporate development roles, with a focus on partnerships with large technology companies. 
  • Proven experience managing senior-level relationships within Google or similar organizations. 
  • Deep knowledge of Google’s ecosystem and associated business models. 
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Experience leading cross-functional global teams in a matrixed environment. 
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen with a track record of measurable impact. 
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred. 

Base Salary 

The compensation range for this role is $210,000 to $240,000 OTE with a 70/30 split. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
