The Partner Growth Manager is responsible for working with existing Partner accounts to achieve retention and growth. 

Responsibilities

  • Leading strategic partnerships and channel sales to expand BizLibrary's SaaS footprint in the L&D space. 
  • Building alliances with resellers and referral partners to drive top-of-funnel pipeline.  
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance partner onboarding and co-selling initiatives. 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in partnership retention and growth, business development, or channel sales within HCM, payroll, or LMS sectors. 
  • Strategic sales proficiency with a strong grasp of partner dynamics.  
  • Proven success building long-term, impactful, measurable relationships.
  • Excellent communicator and presenter with influence at all levels.
  • Self-driven and effective in a remote, fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
