Job Title 

Location: Remote (U.S.) 

Who You Are 

You are an experienced Partner Certifications and Compliance Manager who will work closely with Practice Leaders and executive leadership to understand direction and strategic priorities for each partner ecosystem, then execute against that direction. You will coordinate with engineering, consulting, sales, operations, and vendor partner teams to collect what's needed and keep every program on track. 

About The Role 

The Partner Certifications & Compliance Manager manages and maintains the company's partner designations, competencies, specializations, and technical validations across Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud. The Partner Certifications & Compliance Manager is responsible for keeping Myriad360 compliant with what each vendor requires to earn and retain its credentials: tracking certification requirements, closing gaps, managing audit and evidence readiness, and coordinating renewals. This role aligns to the direction leadership sets for each partner ecosystem and ensures the certifications and designations tied to that direction stay current, complete, and audit ready. 

Must be based in the United States.  

Other responsibilities include: 

Microsoft Partner Programs  

  • Manage Microsoft Solutions Partner Designations and Partner Capability Score  
  • requirements.  
  • Coordinate the activities required to achieve and maintain Microsoft Specializations.  
  • Track certification requirements and flag gaps that put a designation or specialization at risk.  
  • Monitor changes to Microsoft partner program requirements and communicate  
  • impacts to stakeholders.  
  • Maintain audit readiness and evidence repositories.  

AWS Partner Programs  

  • Manage AWS Competencies, Service Delivery Programs, and partner validations.  
  • Coordinate customer references and technical validation requirements.  
  • Track certification requirements tied to competency attainment.  
  • Manage annual reviews, renewals, and audit activities.  

Google Cloud Partner Programs  

  • Manage Google Cloud Specializations and Expertise requirements.  
  • Coordinate technical validation and customer evidence submissions.  
  • Monitor certification and qualification requirements.  
  • Ensure compliance with Google partner program standards.  

Audit & Evidence Management  

  • Build and maintain audit ready repositories for all partner programs.  
  • Collect and organize SOWs, architecture and design documents, deployment  
  • evidence, customer references, project deliverables, and customer acceptance  
  • documentation.  
  • Coordinate external assessments and specialization audits.  
  • Certification & Qualification Tracking  
  • Maintain visibility into certification requirements across all partner programs.  
  • Track certification attainment and expiration dates.  
  • Partner with practice leaders to flag qualification gaps, not to close them directly.  
  • Maintain reporting dashboards that show readiness against program requirements.  

Desired skills and experience:  

  • 3 to 7 years of experience managing technology partner programs, competencies,  
  • specializations, or certifications.  
  • Experience with Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud partner ecosystems.  
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.  
  • Experience coordinating audits, assessments, or compliance activities.  
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously.  

Preferred  

  • Experience with Microsoft Solutions Partner Designations and Specializations.  
  • Experience with AWS Competencies and Service Delivery Programs.  
  • Experience with Google Cloud Specializations.  
  • Experience working for a VAR, MSP, MSSP, systems integrator, or cloud consulting organization.

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $95,000- $115,000 OTE, (base salary plus opportunities for bonus and/or commission). Compensation in other geographies may vary.
