Partners with Sales to identify and shape complex enterprise opportunities, orchestrates cross-practice technical solutions, aligns professional and managed services, and strengthens OEM relationships. The role drives solution quality, pipeline influence, account expansion, executive engagement, and better client outcomes while developing CSA leaders and maintaining alignment across technical and delivery teams.

Designs and leads customer-facing hybrid cloud, storage, and backup architectures for Azure-based managed services. Responsibilities include standardizing multi-tenant platforms, maintaining production systems, resolving complex escalations, leading incident response, improving reliability and cost efficiency, supporting presales and customer advisory engagements, and mentoring engineers. The role requires extensive Dell storage and backup expertise, Azure experience, architecture leadership, and participation in 24/7 managed service operations.

Lead pre-sales network architecture engagements designing scalable, secure Cisco and Juniper solutions across data center, campus, and WAN. Run discovery workshops, produce HLDs/BOMs/SOWs, present executive recommendations, support RFPs, and collaborate with sales and delivery teams to drive customer outcomes.

Lead complex, multi-project enterprise technology programs end-to-end. Own program health, governance, roadmap, financial visibility, risk mitigation, and executive reporting. Align cross-functional teams, mentor project managers, partner with sales/finance/delivery, and ensure programs meet customer objectives, contractual and financial goals while driving operational excellence and stakeholder confidence.

Lead enterprise wireless engagements from discovery through design, survey, implementation, validation, optimization, and operational transition. Perform RF design and surveys using Ekahau tools, integrate WLAN with enterprise networking and security, mentor engineers, develop standards and reusable assets, and provide technical leadership and customer-facing advisory services.

Designs, deploys, validates, and troubleshoots enterprise wireless networks. Performs Ekahau predictive, passive, active, and validation surveys; conducts RF analysis; stages and configures APs/controllers; documents designs and as-builts; supports migrations and optimizations; travels to customer sites and collaborates with project teams and senior engineers.

Serve as the strategic partner and primary relationship owner for a portfolio of managed services customers. Drive customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, profitability, and recurring revenue through executive engagement, QBRs, technology roadmaps, risk mitigation, upsell/cross-sell, and cross-functional coordination with delivery, sales, and leadership.

Lead and deliver multiple IT and data center projects across the project lifecycle. Manage scope, schedule, budget, P&L, stakeholders, risks, communications, and mentor junior staff.
