Job Summary

The Partnership Activation Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting sponsorship activations for Festival properties, managing designated AEG Presents partnerships, and coordinating key division events.

Essential Functions

  • Account Servicing – Manage day-to-day advance, maintenance and fulfillment of partnership agreements. This includes, but is not limited to: Fulfillment of all elements in accounts including promotions, print, onsite activations, signage, hospitality, etc. Develop new and exciting promotional concepts for partners to help provide maximum return on investment Participation in renewal process to ensure elements are enhanced or revised as needed Preparation of partnership recap for events and other properties at the end of the year/season in a timely manner Assist the Director, Partnership Activation with designated activation elements and organization.
  • Administration – Maintain various databases and reports as assigned by Director and SVP. This includes, but is not limited to: Partner contact information Contractual ticket banks Partner checklists and tracking sheets Onsite activation production advance
  • Attend sponsor/partner functions and events as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree (4-year)
  • 4-6 years Related work experience
  • Possess excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proactive and have the ability to work independently without the need for supervision
  • Problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent at relationship building and people skills
  • Basic understanding of digital activation and data reporting.
  • Ability to handle minor lifting and load/unload merchandise
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Regular attendance and hours in conformance with the standards, which may be established by AEG from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Due to the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, the employee may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company including working game nights and event weekends.

Payscale: $84,622.00 - $124,481.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
