The Role
We’re looking for a Paralegal to support our in-house legal function across a mix of corporate, regulatory, and litigation matters. This role sits at the center of a fast-moving environment where organization, follow-through, and sound judgment matter. You’ll work closely with attorneys and cross-functional teams to keep legal workstreams moving, maintain structure across multiple entities, and help bring clarity to complex processes.

Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite)
Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000

What You’ll Do

• Manage and track a high volume of active legal matters, ensuring deadlines and key milestones are met
• Support attorneys across corporate, litigation, and regulatory workstreams
• Coordinate with internal teams across multiple business units
• Maintain and organize legal records, filings, and documentation
• Assist with corporate governance and compliance activities, including licensing and annual filings
• Conduct legal research and support document review
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and bring more structure to legal operations
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7 years of paralegal experience
• Experience supporting corporate, litigation, or regulatory matters
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Clear communicator who can work across different teams and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice to Have

• Paralegal certification (NALA or equivalent)
• Experience in a multi-entity or high-growth company environment
