Our client is looking for a Paid Media Optimization Specialist to manage and elevate performance-driven advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. They are a well-established digital marketing agency operating in the performance marketing and inbound strategy space, recognized in recent years for sustained growth, innovation, and strong client retention.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, enjoys refining campaign performance, and understands how to turn paid media investment into measurable lead generation results. The specialist will focus on optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns while collaborating closely with account managers and senior team members to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Optimize and manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns within defined performance goals

  • Monitor key performance indicators and adjust bidding, targeting, and creatives to improve results

  • Ensure efficient and strategic allocation of each client’s monthly PPC budget

  • Identify growth opportunities and proactively communicate insights to the account manager

  • Develop and implement optimization strategies aligned with client lead generation objectives

  • Research, test, and support the rollout of new processes and optimization frameworks in collaboration with senior team members

  • Continuously analyze performance data to refine campaign effectiveness




Requirements
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns

  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and performance metrics

  • Ability to manage budgets responsibly and maximize return on ad spend

  • Comfortable communicating performance insights and recommendations clearly

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads platforms

  • Experience optimizing campaigns for measurable growth and lead generation

  • Ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into actionable improvements

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
