Veta Virtual is hiring a Paid Media Manager for a fast-growing luxurious jewelry and ecommerce retail brand that sells online and in physical stores. This is a full-funnel role: you'll run paid advertising and email/SMS as one connected growth engine, with paid bringing customers in and lifecycle keeping them.

  • Attribution and analytics: use Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar tools to improve tracking accuracy and measure results across online and in-store sales.
  • Email and SMS: own lifecycle marketing in Klaviyo, from campaign calendars and segmentation to automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back).
  • Creative and strategy: write creative briefs, mock up assets in Canva, monitor competitors, and keep paid and email/SMS working together.
  • Reporting: deliver weekly and monthly reports to leadership with clear insights, revenue impact, and recommendations.

βœ… What You Bring:

  • 8–10 years in marketing and advertising, including 5+ years of hands-on ecommerce marketing.

  • Strong full-funnel ecommerce expertise: acquisition, conversion, retention, and profitability.
  • Hands-on Klaviyo experience (required), including email and SMS campaigns, automation flows, segmentation, and analytics.
  • Experience with an attribution platform (Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar) and Shopify or a comparable ecommerce platform, including reconciling marketing performance with actual online and in-store sales.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder presentation skills, plus comfort using Canva to create or direct marketing assets.
  • Bonus: experience in luxury, jewelry, or other high-consideration retail.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent β€” not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
