Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outsourced Operational Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end operational project delivery, optimizing warehouse space and workflows, and strictly enforcing secure material handling and chain-of-custody protocols across logistics and records management environments.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Lead End-to-End Project Delivery: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to create comprehensive project plans while managing resource allocation, budgeting, and risk mitigation from kickoff to completion.
Tracking, Reporting & Validation: Establish and monitor clear performance metrics, deliver transparent status updates to stakeholders, and perform data validation to ensure inventory accuracy and operational compliance.
Ensure Compliance & Secure Asset Handling: Oversee high-security data destruction and facility consolidations while ensuring all project activities strictly adhere to corporate security mandates, local safety regulations, and privacy laws.
What You will Bring :
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of proven project management experience within a matrixed operations, logistics, warehouse, or records management environment.
Strong knowledge of enterprise project management tools, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and solid financial acumen regarding project health and profit margins.
PMP (Project Management Professional) or Lean Six Sigma certification is highly preferred
What We Offer:
Salary Pay Range: $95,000 - $120,000
Annual bonus : 5% per year

Reasonably expected salary range: $75,300.00 - $94,100.00Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
