Job Description

📊 Your Responsibilities:

🤝 Customer Relationship Building

  • Identify key buying influences and build lasting relationships
  • Address customer challenges with tailored solutions

📈 Market Strategy Development

  • Create and execute a territory plan with measurable goals
  • Adjust strategies based on performance and market trends

📞 Sales Execution

  • Schedule and perform regular sales calls and visits
  • Estimate product usage and present solutions aligned with customer needs
  • Assist inside sales and credit managers on special accounts/projects

💬 Communication & Collaboration

  • Communicate customer needs to internal teams
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and team members
  • Recommend product/service updates and advertising strategies

📚 Continuous Improvement

  • Stay current on industry trends and company offerings
  • Maintain and update customer database
  • Review quotes and daily sales for follow-up and customer appreciation

Job Compensation

$60,000 - 70,000/year (based on experience) + Monthly Incentive Compensation
