Job is:

Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage underserved populations and foster trust within the community.

  • Represent the school at community events, fairs, and public gatherings to promote its programs.

  • Build partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and other schools to generate leads and inquiries for enrollment.

  • Host information sessions to inform prospective students and families about the school’s offerings.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of outreach efforts and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.

  • Maintain knowledge of the school’s mission and programs, effectively communicating their value to the community.

  • Travel to attend and participate in recruitment events, maintaining flexibility for evening and weekend commitments.

  • Collaborate with school leadership to identify barriers to enrollment and recommend solutions.

  • Stay informed about trends and changes in education and recruitment strategies.

Knowledge, Skill and abilities Preferred:

  • Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building with community partners.

  • Public speaking and presentation skills to represent the school at events.

  • Organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple outreach efforts.

  • High energy, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

  • Bilingual skills preferred.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in community outreach, marketing, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, databases, and Google Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay Range:

  • $30.86 - $37.71

  • Irwindale & Duarte
