Responsibilities
- Develop and manage outbound infrastructure including domain/inbox strategy, warmup protocols, sending rules, and bounce/spam control.
- Monitor and troubleshoot deliverability issues such as placement problems, reputation dips, and provider changes.
- Define and refine ICP segmentation using persona, industry, company size, and geo targeting; build and maintain data sourcing and enrichment workflows (e.g., Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay).
- Establish QA standards for data hygiene, including deduplication, exclusions, and title/industry validation.
- Design repeatable messaging frameworks for email and LinkedIn outreach, including templates, personalization rules, and SOPs.
- Implement and test outreach cadences across segments and angles; document learnings and iterate based on performance.
- Deliver weekly reporting focused on qualified meetings held, with actionable recommendations to improve volume and quality.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience building and scaling outbound systems from the ground up.
- Deep understanding of email deliverability, inbox placement, and sender reputation management.
- Proficiency with sales intelligence and outreach tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, sequence platforms).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking and optimizing outbound funnel metrics.
- Experience with AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to enhance research, personalization, and workflow automation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a remote, fractional capacity.
