Hybrid Work
HCVT currently offers a hybrid work model that allows eligible employees to work both remotely and in the office, based on business needs and team coordination. When working remotely, employees are expected to meet the same performance standards, adhere to the same policies, and maintain the same level of communication, collaboration, and responsiveness as working in the office. As our firm evolves, so does the way we operate, collaborate, and scale. The Organizational Change Manager plays a critical role in translating strategic priorities into practical, firmwide initiatives that stick.

You'll partner with firm leadership, the AI Committee, and cross-functional teams to design and implement change initiatives—from technology pilots to process transformations—ensuring adoption is clear, well-supported, and aligned with our culture. This isn't project coordination; it's strategic execution that shapes how 600+ professionals work.

Your impact will be firmwide. You'll analyze and build the frameworks, communication plans, and adoption strategies that help our teams embrace change while staying focused on exceptional client service.

  • Work directly with firm leadership and partners on high-visibility strategic initiatives

As an Organizational Change Manager, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    Change Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement change management strategies for new processes, systems, and technologies across the firm
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify risks, resistance points, and change readiness across departments
  • Define and track adoption metrics, KPIs, and success criteria to measure change effectiveness
  • Leverage firm data and analytics to build compelling narratives that connect change initiatives to strategic goals
  • Technology & Innovation Change Initiatives

  • Lead the design and execution of technology pilot programs with clear success criteria, timelines, and participant selection alongside the AI Committee and Technology
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Independently develop and drive firmwide communication strategies, including executive messaging and intranet content strategy
  • Build leadership sponsorship and alignment around strategic initiatives
  • Translate complex change initiatives into clear, digestible messages for diverse audiences
  • Capability Building & Continuous Improvement

  • Build internal change management capability by developing frameworks, templates, playbooks, and best practices
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and gather feedback to refine approaches and drive continuous improvement
  • Provide strategic directions to Learning & Development, HR, and IT to ensure training delivery is integrated and well-timed

To be successful, these are the skills and experience you will need:

    Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation roles (professional services or consulting background preferred)
  • Demonstrated success leading change on enterprise-scale initiatives such as technology implementations, process redesigns, or cultural transformations
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at all levels
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with partners and senior executives
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating across departments
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data to measure adoption and impact
  • Preferred:

  • Change management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or similar)
  • Experience with AI/emerging technology adoption in professional services
  • Familiarity with professional services firm operations and culture
  • Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, or similar collaboration and analytics tools

This salary range is specific to the state(s) listed and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill set and education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000.
