Goodwin is seeking a Manager, Organizational Change Management (OCM) to drive adoption of technology products and digital transformation initiatives across the firm. This role is responsible for developing and executing change strategies that ensure successful implementation and sustained use of new tools, systems, and ways of working.  The Manager will focus on communications, training, and user adoption, partnering closely with product, project, and business teams to deliver engaging, effective, and measurable change programs that maximize business value.

What You Will Do:

Change Strategy & Planning 

  • Develop and execute OCM strategies and plans for technology initiatives and digital transformation programs 

  • Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness evaluations 

  • Identify change risks and define mitigation strategies to support successful adoption 

Communications 

  • Create and deliver clear, compelling communication plans tailored to diverse audiences (attorneys, business professionals, leadership) 

  • Develop messaging that articulates the “why,” benefits, and impact of change initiatives 

  • Manage communication channels (e.g., email, intranet, town halls, leadership updates) to ensure consistent and timely messaging 

Training & Enablement 

  • Design and deliver role-based training programs (live sessions, e-learning, job aids, and guides) 

  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop relevant, practical training content 

  • Ensure training approaches align with user needs and learning preferences 

  • Coordinate and support training delivery, including scheduling, facilitation, and feedback collection 

User Adoption & Engagement 

  • Drive user adoption strategies, including champion networks, feedback loops, and reinforcement activities 

  • Monitor adoption metrics and user feedback to identify gaps and opportunities 

  • Develop targeted interventions to increase engagement and sustained usage 

  • Support post-launch activities to ensure long-term success and continuous improvement 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with product managers, project managers, and business stakeholders to integrate OCM into delivery plans 

  • Align change activities with project timelines, milestones, and governance structures 

  • Collaborate with Knowledge Management, HR, and Communications teams as needed 

Measurement & Reporting 

  • Define and track KPIs related to adoption, training effectiveness, and change success 

  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders and leadership 

  • Use data to refine strategies and improve outcomes 

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field 

  • 5–8+ years of experience in change management, communications, training, or related roles 

  • Proven experience supporting technology implementations or digital transformation initiatives 

  • Experience designing and delivering training programs 

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills across multiple formats and audiences

The target salary range for this position varies by location and is commensurate with relevant experience: Boston $103,700 - $155,600 | Los Angeles $111,500 - $167,300 | New York $111,500 - $167,300 | Orange County $111,500 - $167,300 | Philadelphia $101,600 - $152,500 | San Francisco $119,300 - $178,900 | Santa Monica $111,500 - $167,300 | Silicon Valley $119,300 - $178,900
