ORDER PULLING SUPERVISOR

Ganahl Lumber is looking for an Order Pulling Supervisor to join our team in San Juan Capistrano. This position is fast paced and requires the ability to multitask while supporting our sales team and solving problems for our customers. 
The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction. The ideal candidate should have the following skill set:

  • Excellent attendance
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Scheduling, ticket writing, credit memo
  • Well versed on order processing
  • Product knowledge in multiple lumber and building materials categories is a plus
  • Works well with team to accomplish common goals 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • 1-2 years proven experience in supporting client success
  • Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
  • Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills

Our products include tools, paint, building materials, millwork, doors and windows. With ten convenient store locations, we serve customers throughout the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area.
