Watts will embark on a significant multi-year transformation endeavor – a major ERP implementation with six major value streams including O2C (order-to-cash), S2P (source-to-pay), I2D (inventory-to-deliver), F2P (forecast- to-plan), P2P (plan-to-produce) and R2R (record-to-report).

We are looking for a highly motivated, dedicated, and talented individual to join our team as a O2C Senior SAP/IT Business Analyst. Harmonizing, standardizing, and simplifying business processes at enterprise level is one of key program objectives.

The O2C end-to-end process includes Order process Management, Billing, Pricing, Returns Management, Reporting and Master Data Management.

This role will report to Order to Cash Lead and be responsible for collaborating proactively to translate business and integration requirements into configurable component designs and solutions. The ideal candidate will reflect a mix of strong functional and technical proficiency, application maintenance ownership, and the ability to work effectively to provide very responsive support to this global application.

Location – Hybrid in Andover, MA office or Remote and required 50% travel to Andover, MA and other facilities.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure project milestones and goals are met. Work with users to develop / scope functional requirements, conduct FIT-GAP Analysis, develop detail functional specifications for WRICEF, review technical specifications, prepare use case scenarios / test scripts, implement functional testing, and prepare cut-over plans
  • Partner with O2C team, implementation partners and business stakeholders to develop O2C business processes, including configuration, integration, master data, and reporting spanning functions of order management, billing, returns, free goods, pricing, output management, partner determination, available to promise, global trade
  • Evaluate requirements, satellite application integration needs, and technical solutions of SAP O2C modules and translate into detailed functional specifications
  • Work with teams to perform system integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing
  • Work with other value streams team leads and O2C team members as one cohesive team; collaborate with other process teams within the ERP program: Change Management team, Application Development and Technology team, Data team, Audit and Controls team; work with the System Integrator team and manage a collaborative working relationship
  • Develop knowledge/competency in super users and subject matter experts throughout the business; ensure instructional materials are accurate; provide subject matter expertise for end-user training delivery
  • Keep up to date on industry trends and innovations, changes in O2C business functions, and future SAP development for their respective process areas or functional area
  • Support business users in the delivery of end-user training and prepare business for the solution deployment and transition
  • Full understanding of the landscape of Watts different sites to properly evaluate end-to-end solution deployment and alternatives. Develop deployment plans and support site go-live Hypercare.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science
  • 7+ years overall experience supporting the O2C processes
  • Knowledge of SAP best practices, standard O2C processes, and master data management
  • Hands-on experience in designing SAP O2C solutions
  • Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and training
  • Guide and coach technical teammates on functional aspects and assess development to ensure consistency with initial design
  • Ability to multi-task, working on more than one issue simultaneously with a high degree of independence
  • Project management skills in planning, tracking, reporting and risk mitigation; excellent organization and planning skills
  • Ability to influencing decisions balancing among business objectives, ERP standard functionalities, development efforts and change management needs
  • Positive attitude and comfortable managing ambiguity and conflict
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfortable interfacing with the business and IT leaders on a regular basis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in process transformation for a global company
  • Experience in general process and procedures for the areas of Order Management, Billing, Pricing, Returns Management
  • Experience in ERP implementations and influencing project management team and key stakeholders in a manufacturing environment

Working Conditions:

While performing the job duties, you will be working remotely in an office environment. You may be required to occasionally travel to and work in the office at the Andover, MA  location for meetings, trainings, or as otherwise required by Company management.

Physical Requirements: Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Ability to remain seated/standing at a desk or workstation for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods.
  • Ability to read documents and communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with management, coworkers, and third parties.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.
  • Ability to physically move around the office and occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.

The expected salary range for this position is $127,000-148,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
