The position will provide functional support focused on the Design, Configuration, and Testing of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. The position involves at least two modules of expertise out of ORC, Core HR, Talent, Learn, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, OTL, and Payroll

Key Responsibilities: 

The Oracle Cloud Functional consultant should have experience in Design, Configuration, and Testing of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions that meet the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. 

This includes:

•Assist with Collaboration with on-site team and clients to understand the project implementation needs, processes, and challenges.
•Maintain regular communication with onshore teams and clients to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives.
•Configure Oracle HCM Cloud system (such as Core HR, ORC, Talent Management, etc.) to meet client specifications and business processes.
•Assist in developing test plans, test scripts, executing testing, and documenting results to ensure the system functions as expected.
•Ability to identify defects and work with relevant teams to resolve issues before releasing it for lead/client validation.
•Assist in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation related to requirements, configurations, processes, and user guides.
•Provide ongoing support to the client’s post-implementation, addressing any system issues or user queries.
•Recommend improvements based on user feedback and best practices.
•Assist in data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity during the transition from legacy systems.
•Assist in generating reports and dashboards to provide insights on HR metrics and support decision-making.
•Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve system functionalities.
•Keep up to date with the latest HCM trends, Oracle HCM technologies, and updates from the Oracle.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams.
•Ability to support multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
•Ability to support and work on internal Highstreet initiatives.
•Ability to travel for client meetings, project kick-offs, and testing events depending on the organization's requirements and needs
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud HCM functionalities.
•Assist with the timely delivery of tasks allocated within the deadlines with great quality 

Experience (must have):
•At least 2+ Years of experience in Oracle HCM Implementations.
•Minimum 1-2 successful implementations. 
•Ability to assist with the implementation of at least one to two modules from the list below independently:
ORC, Core HR, Talent, Learn, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, OTL and Payroll
•Strong business communication and customer management skills.    
•Ability to work with Highstreet offshore functional and technical staff.
•MS Office Skills
•Ability to analyze data sets and do comparative analysis

Software / Modules / Versions:
•Oracle Cloud release 25B 
•Redwood

Certified in one or more of the following:
•Oracle Cloud Global Human Resource Implementation Specialist
•Oracle Cloud Recruiting Implementation Specialist
•Oracle Cloud Compensation Implementation Specialist
•Oracle Cloud Talent Management Implementation Specialist
•Oracle Cloud Learning Implementation Specialist
