The Marketing Program Management & Business Operations team is dedicated to simplifying processes, reducing complexity, and empowering our internal partners to thrive through best-in-class tools, systems, and workflows. As a Senior Program & Business Operations Manager, you will lead initiatives that promote operational excellence and implement tools that enable Dropbox marketers to execute with speed and precision. You’ll also be instrumental in managing high-impact workstreams and driving change across the Integrated Marketing organization.
In this role, you’ll work closely with senior marketing leaders and cross-functional partners to ensure flawless execution of marketing strategies. You’ll advocate for the adoption of scalable, AI-powered solutions that enhance productivity, foster innovation, and maximize the marketing team’s impact.
Responsibilities- Manage and drive execution of important and high-impact Integrated Marketing projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery.
- Maintain and enhance program management dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide transparency and actionable insights to leadership and teams.
- Identify and implement opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency across marketing workflows.
- Champion change management efforts by communicating updates clearly, facilitating team alignment, and ensuring smooth adoption of new tools and processes.
- Lead the development and implementation of the Integrated Marketing team’s tools strategy, with a focus on leveraging best in class, AI-enabled tools
- Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist for marketing tools & processes, providing training, documentation, and ongoing support to drive adoption and maximize value.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing program/project management or operations, with a track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives or change efforts—ideally within SaaS or technology environments.
- Demonstrated success managing complex projects and aligning cross-functional stakeholders in dynamic, matrixed organizations.
- Highly self-motivated with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a strong focus on continuous improvement.
- Skilled in assessing, selecting, and implementing a wide range of marketing, sales, and work management tools.
- Proficient in defining processes and optimizing user experiences within Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence; familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and other work management platforms is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
- Experienced in developing and presenting reports, status updates, and performance insights to senior and executive-level stakeholders.
- Prior experience in roles involving AI strategy, implementation, or tool enablement.
- Experience supporting integrated marketing teams or working within marketing operations.
- Knowledge of integrated marketing disciplines including campaigns, content, customer marketing, and partner/channel marketing.
