About The Role and About You:

We are looking for a fitness bike tech specialist.  You will be responsible for overseeing and supporting a progressive, inclusive, professional, and fun workplace gym & bike lab experience all in support of helping to deliver our collective business strategy. 

This position will support a high growth tech/gaming company while maintaining best safety practices for supporting Zwift gym facility management and in-house employee engagement/ Zwift events. Creative, proactive technical and operational know-how along with a high EQ is needed to achieve the best outcomes, while leveraging honest, direct and informative communication.

What You’ll Do:

• You will be responsible for keeping both gyms/labs and bike tech space organized, neat, functional, operational and tidy at all times
• You will act as lead investigator in identifying and resolving all Zwift gym/lab equipment fixes (trainers, fans, tvs, internet, av etc.)
• You will help to provide a world class onboarding experience for new hires by demonstrating how to use Zwift and supporting new hires with their First Ride. 
• You will provide Zwift 101 workshops quarterly which can include how to Zwift, how to change a tire on your bike, how to put a bike onto a trainer etc. 
• You will partner with the People P&G team to create and upload workshops and how to videos on our learning platform Continuu
• You will be responsible for maintaining bikes, trainers, treadmills, computers and related hardware in order to keep them in tip top shape. 
• You will create, manage and maintain the Zwift gym/lab schedule for employees in order to keep our space Covid Compliant & to keep track of business or event needs for the gym/lab and understand priority for each. 
• You will partner with multiple departments and employees in order to meet the needs of the business and meet or exceed our employees expectations for a world class Zwift gym/lab experience.
• You will create and maintain a comprehensive inventory list of all hardware on site along with incoming and outgoing physical assets 
• You will help to welcome guests , visitors and employees into the gym and act as a central point of contact for the Workplace team while providing a world class experience in both of our onsite Gyms/Labs and our bike tech station
• You will be responsible for setting up and the successful operation of AV, audio, video IRL and virtual events hosted in HQ
• You will help to provide support and help coordinate and implement the RTO Covid “Safer at Work” Plan for both gyms/labs
• You will coordinate with our marketing team with regards to the shipping of large, bulky high value hardware and bikes internationally to and from LB HQ. 
• You will help coordinate and support our Lead Bike Technician for in house events such as group rides with investors, special guest Q&A rides, testing for e-sports team and more

What You’ll Need:

• Ability to understand basic electricity, internet usage calculations and have a working knowledge of AV, virtual and IRL conferencing facilities 
• Ability to build/maintain a bike and bike tech workshop and its stock
• Strong knowledge of bike and treadmill components, accessories and indoor trainers
• Have a solid understanding of small company dynamics which includes being able to thrive in an environment of ambiguity, adaptability and flexibility
• Strong problem solving skills and high desire to be proactive, quick thinking and resourceful
• Attention to detail with quick execution. We need to do things quickly and we need to do them well. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Possess strong computer skills with a high proficiency in Google Suite, Photoshop, Slack and MS Office
• Knowledge of Mac/PC/iOS/Android hardware/software
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs comfortably. Occasional weekends/evenings required for events.
• Licensed driver with ability to efficiently load and operate a large van in addition to loading high value items onto a dolly and getting them where they need to go
