VP of Client Support
Appetize Technologies, Inc. is looking for a stellar Senior Vice President of Client Support to join our growing Operations Team. This role is a blend of Account Management, Inside Sales and Relationship Management. The goal of this role is to ensure that we build the client support structure needed to manage our fast growing SaaS business and to continue to grow and retain our existing customers.
Responsibilities:
Leading 40+ within the Appetize Implementations, HelpDesk and Client Success teams to develop innovative solutions and process to better track and ultimately serve our clients in various phases within the client life-cycle
Lead key client relationships to ensure satisfaction, expand relationships and retain
Implement client support systems to allow team scalability while maintaining personal touch with clients
Facilitate or create appropriate process documentation. Define and socialize all support standards for future clients
Develop core communication strategy and cadences for all current clients
Travel to client venues to engage clients periodically
Key Skills/Requirements:
8+ years of enterprise Client Support and management experience
8+ years planning and managing team initiatives and implementation of internal client tracking systems
Experience with scaling of SaaS companies and retention strategies
Excellent teamwork skills including written and verbal communication skills
Moderate Travel
Metrics driven decision making
Experience working with physical products and implementations a plus
POS, restaurant and retail product management experience a strong plus
