About the role and about You:

Established in 2014 as a tech business, we are now expanding and are in the process of developing ground breaking Zwift hardware. This is a big and exciting change for us, and because of this, we are looking to invest in our information technology teams. 

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will lead enterprise applications, IT operations, and information security.   This role requires an in-depth knowledge of business operations, specifically Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Sales & Marketing, in order to create a technology strategy, design, implement, maintain and optimize the end-to-end systems that enable these functions at scale. You will collaborate with business and product leaders to deliver on the customer promise from pre-order through to delivery & returns.  You will collaborate with leadership to support the IT needs of a scaling international workforce.  Like creating world class solutions and running them well?  What you’ll do:

•  Define the business technology strategy and supporting solutions for Zwift’s growing business;
• Responsible for the architecture, design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Zwift’s core business applications and infrastructure, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, SalesTech, MarTech, order management, logistics, and their integration
• Responsible for the IT operations, including the network, VPN, desktop support, and SAAS & hardware procurement and provisioning.
• Responsible for information security policy, compliance, testing, and incident response.
• Aligning the business systems’ technical and integration architecture to the business’s objectives and overseeing its implementation across vendor applications and custom software integrations/applications.
• Analyze all business objectives and recommend solutions for IT.
• Build and optimize a high performing team of IT and technology professionals to enable Zwift’s growth and changing needs.

 What we’re looking for:

•  A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience 
• 15+ years of experience in information systems and technology 
• Background in a manufacturing, direct to consumer goods business and have experience working across ecommerce systems
• Experience working on a global basis, ideally, if not at least multi continent 
• Experience implementing and running ERP
• Excellence in vendor negotiation and budget management. 
• You are an experienced manager who is passionate about recruiting, leading and building high performing teams 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - you’ll be working cross functionally across the entire organization to achieve your objectives 
• You will be hands on, practically minded and analytical with a high attention to detail and a passion and interest in numbers
