SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR - SOURCE TO CONTRACT




WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?



The Systems Administrator will play key role in developing, enhancing, upgrading and maintaining the Source-to-Contract applications as well as implementing and supporting the Source-to-Contract technology. This individual is responsible for the day-to- day administration, configuration, and performance monitoring of our vendor purchased software-as-a service system. The System Administrator will be responsible for design and implementation of the robust data management environment (including data integrated from disparate systems) within the Source-to-Contract System. The System Administrator will engage, in data modeling, database architecture, data integration, metadata and repository creation, and enablement of reporting and analytics. Creates and manages data sets compiled from multiple systems. Creates data presentations on a regular basis for company leadership, and for working with business colleagues to understand and prioritize data requests. Establishes and maintains data quality procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data. Manages differing sets of data requests and analytics. Builds consistent reporting metrics through requirements gathering, initial analysis, and application of up to date practices, collaborating with stakeholders to produce meaningful data. The creation and maintenance of Source-to-Contract documentation including but not limited to procedures, process flows, data and system mapping is required.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?



  • Develop, implement, enhance, upgrade and maintain the Source-to-Contract technology. Responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and performance monitoring of our vendor purchased software-as-a-service system.
  • Design and implement a robust data management environment, including data integrations from disparate systems, within the Source-to-contract System. Engages in data modeling, database architecture, data integration, metadata and repository creation, and enablement of reporting and analytics. Creates and manages data sets complied from multiple systems. Establishes and maintains data quality procedures to ensure accruacy and timelines of data.
  • Buildes consistent reporting metrics through requirements gathering, initial analysis, and application of up to date practices, collaborating with stakeholders to produce meaningful data. Managers differing sets of data requests and analytics
  • Creates and maintains documentation of Source-to-Contract procedures, process flows, data and system mapping, etc.




WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Must-Have*

  • Bachelor's Degree BA or BS degree is preferred Or
  • Associate's Degree Technical degree with >12 years of experience in the IT field Or
  • 10+ years' experience in IT related fields: A combination of experience in System Administration, Software Development, IT Product Management, System Implementation, Database, Data Management and Modeling, or related IT discipline
  • Some exposure or experience with Procurement, Contracts, Strategic Sourcing
  •
