We are looking for a Lead, Sustainable Carbon Programs to own and innovate our lifecycle carbon businesses. This role will be a key position on the sustainability team, with responsibility for the planning, implementation and ongoing management of our global reforestation, carbon offsets and innovative carbon finance programs. The Lead, Sustainable Carbon Programs, will report to the Head of Sustainability.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute on a large scale carbon program for retail finance and corporate partners, comprising a variety of carbon sequestration and carbon reduction projects
• Establish and manage innovative climate finance programs to support internal and external projects
• Manage existing partnerships with nature-based solutions partners, including reforestation and nature-based carbon offsets partners
• Identify and build new partnerships with a variety of carbon and sustainability focused organizations
• Build cross-industry collaborations with other corporations to drive greater scale of impact
• Work closely with the BD/Marketing team to drive large scale adoption of initiatives
• Coordinate internal work to ensure accountability, delivery and execution of carbon initiatives
• Implement and manage sustainability operational processes
• Manage and optimize internal and external sustainability focused reporting
• Create and manage financial models for carbon programs, including product and marketplace economics, in collaboration with Finance and Data
• Work with BD/Marketing, Product, Design, Engineering and Operation teams to implement and improve sustainability tracking experiences throughout the customer lifecycle, for both retail and corporate customers
• Identify potential acquisition and innovation opportunities with partners

What You'll Bring

• 2-5 years experience with carbon programs at the national and global level
• Financial background and understanding of financing mechanisms
• Familiarity with metrics & frameworks for sustainability and related reporting, e.g. GHG, CDP, STBi
• Proven track record of working in a fast-paced growth-focused environment
• Exceptional analytical/quantitative experience in Excel, including with financial modeling
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter, get things done attitude with the ability to work independently and with little supervision
• Creative problem solver
• Proven ability to work with, inspire and energize others, internal and external
