Supply Chain Systems Specialist

Manages and administers the $11M Supply Chain Purchase Card (P-Card ) program. This includes regular communication with over 300 p-card holders to answer questions, resolve problems, trouble shoot and provide waivers where appropriate. Maintains and updates Supply Chain business systems and the administration of the P-Card systems, documents, processes and provide system function support through Supply Chain and internal customer service requests. Analyzes, audits and monitors P-Card and Supply Chain business system applications, recommends systems enhancements and provides support system function. Provides training and guidance to internal-P-Card customers on processes and guidelines. Serves as a liaison between internal customers, external card program representatives, information technology representatives and works closely with organization management and Supply Chain staff to identify customer needs and establish ways to meet those needs and improvements. Assist, monitors and trains Supply Chain business systems users. Collaborates with the Senior Metrics Analyst to support organizational systems and metrics.

Key Functions:
- Coordinates and enforces program activity with internal and external stakeholders
- Expand and lead small IT projects within the organization
- Act as focal point to conduct research for system upgrades and improvements
- Design, modify and improve system templates
- Creates, maintains and updates system information in various reporting repositories
- Administer, manage and maintain Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) database
- Manages and administers day to day activities of the P-Card program
- Develops and maintains P-Card program training materials
- Trains end users in P-Card program policy, guidelines and procedure
- Monitors systems, troubleshoots and provides feedback to Supply Chain mailbox
- Provides SAP and EPIC support to Supply Chain staff and internal customers
- Develops audit tools and criteria to measure P-Card program compliance
- Conducts weekly audits of the P-Card program to ensure compliance
- Monitors and maintains Supply Chain P-Card web page with updated, current information and documentation
- Develops, coordinates and validates web upload of data (metrics, status reports, etc.)

Qualifications:
Required II:
- Typically, 3 or more years of relevant experience with Bachelor’s degree, or 1 or more years’ experience of relevant experience with Master’s Degree.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Required III:
- Typically, 6 or more years of relevant experience with Bachelor’s degree, or 3 or more years’ experience of relevant experience with Master’s Degree.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred II and III:
- Experience with SAP and EPIC applications
- Highly organized and structured approach to project management and completion
- Customer service orientation
- Experience defining organization system needs for improvement

- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize tasks and projects
- Must possess strong organizational skills

Physical Requirement/Work Environments:

- Ability to communicate with individuals and groups in person, by phone and telepresence
