Customer Care acts as the first point of contact between our customers and the company, and we live to exceed the customer's expectation at every possible opportunity. We are looking for dedicated, curious, and compassionate people to join our first-class Customer Care team.

What You'll Do

• We'll work together to provide first-class support to our customers
• Consistently aiming to top the expectations of our customers by providing a positive experience, friendly demeanor and active attention to customer needs
• Being comfortable overcoming customer objections to find the best solution for the client while representing what we value at the highest level
• Providing exceptional customer service, whether it's over the phone, or through chat and email
• Maintaining detailed documentation of customer queries, orders, and exchanges by using internal tools and procedures
• Identify trends in customer service issues and suggest improvements to the product or service
• Review customer measurements and body profiles to recommend our best fitting sizes
• Support our external teams with questions or escalations
• Assist internal Showroom teams via slack and email

Who You Are

• You have 3+ years of online or retail customer service experience under your belt
• You have highly effective written and verbal communication skills
• You're positive, confident, enthusiastic with excellent attention to detail
• You're reliable, punctual, efficient with a real passion for helping others
• You have experience with customer service ticketing (ZenDesk a plus)
• You're passionate about the fashion industry (menswear and/or startup experience a plus)
• You have practiced the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• You have great typing skills
• You're excited to work on a team, but you are efficient working on your own when necessary
• You are excellent at advancing customer-facing issues to the appropriate person quickly and efficiently
• You are Available for overtime and weekend hours when necessary
• You have a Bachelor's degree
