STORE MANAGER:
No position at Reformation is about the status quo, every team member is passionate about building a company rooted in excellence. Obsessed with technology and using it to create a unique interaction between our employees, customers, and the Reformation brand; the Store Manager will lead and direct all efforts required to achieve individual store goals in our new concept.
Reporting to our Director of Retail, essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:
SALES GENERATION
● Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
● Develop store management and associate’s sales techniques
● Actively manage clientele program
● Identify business opportunity areas in individual store and market
● Collaborate with all departments to implement business driving strategies
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
● Create a technology lead instore experience for customers that surprises and delights them
● Maintain floor presence to assist customers and monitor client interaction with both team and technology
● Identify future customer opportunities by understanding product and service requirements
OPERATIONS
● Maintain consistent inventory accuracy and controls in store
● Provide realtime and weekly feedback on technology functions, operations and experience
● Uphold seamless store operational procedures
● Ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization
MERCHANDISING / VISUAL
● Direct merchandising presentation strategy in alignment with brand and concept standards
● Ensure the selling floor reflects the brand and concept standards at all times
● Provide realtime and weekly feedback on product and sales performance
● Ensure inventory levels and product assortments meet customers needs
PEOPLE & CULTURE
● Align talent selection with job functionality for superior customer experience
● Build and retain a talent network in local market
● Display a dedicated approach to motivate, develop and retain talent
● Consistently provide performance feedback to ensure growth, change and results
● Actively manage all training and customer experience programs
● Understand the core values and culture of Reformation and reflect these in all efforts
NEEDS
● 3+ years relevant store management experience in a fastpaced, creative retail environment
● Strong understanding of user functionality associated with progressive technology
