At ServiceTitan the Sr. Director of Information Security will own information security, drive the company’s security initiatives, and protect our systems from threats and cyber attacks. Operational compliance to all regulation and security standards is the responsibility of the Sr. Director of Information Security.

What you'll do
Create and implement a strategy for deployment of information security technologies.
Performing IT security risk assessments and reporting on ways to minimise threats.
Ensuring business continuity.
Communicating with business stakeholders about IT security threats or risks.
Tracking the latest security vulnerabilities and hacking threats.
Complying with the latest regulations and compliance requirements.
Managing the reporting and investigation of all security related breaches or incidents.
Educating the organization about common security practices and how to ensure our customers assets are secured.
Suggesting and implementing security solutions to help developers, engineers, and the business succeed.
What you'll need
Communication and presentation, be both a subject matter expert and an advocate for risk management.
Policy development and administration.
Leadership, collaboration, and conflict resolution.
Planning and strategic management.
Six or more years of demonstrated leadership experience in IT Security.
One or more of the following Certifications: Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Certified Information Security Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Experience in organization of departments and management of direct and indirect reports.
Experience managing and overseeing budgets.
