FabFitFun is a fast-growing and innovative lifestyle subscription brand, and seeking a Sourcing Coordinator to be an integral part of the Operations Sourcing team. This person will support and provide assistance with new vendor onboarding processes and new sourced developments.

What you’ll do:

• Manages new vendor onboarding process through internal programs such as Salesforce, IronClad, MyCOI and Grovesite to ensure all data is collected when bringing on a new vendor
• Schedules all Ops calls seasonally for new brands that the team is vetting for the FFF box
• Report to Sourcing Team on status of each new vendor partner and escalate to appropriate Sourcing Manager if vendor is not complying with the onboarding process
• Ensure that all COIs are up to date and reach out to vendors whose insurance policies will be expiring soon
• Collect CBD sheets and input data into allocation tracker for greater team review
• Meet on a monthly basis with QC and Sourcing team leads across categories to discuss vendor performance against the vendor scorecard criteria
• Support Analyst and Senior Analyst in uploading initial specs to Grovesite according to the briefs submitted by the Buying team
• Own PO and PIA creation for box sourcing, house brands Ecomm, and packaging teams and follow through to invoicing process
• Execute PO generation process with planning via SF for both Box and Ecomm sourced programs
• Ensure that all necessary language is inserted into PO (payment terms, delivery terms, FOB points, tariff language, insurance contingency, price change, etc.)
• Submit amendments in Ironclad as needed
• Create PIAs in Ironclad on a seasonal basis for both Box and Ecmnm sourced programs
• Ensure all specs and information reflect accurately between PIA, PO and techpack
• Submit amendments in Ironclad as needed
• Crosscheck that all payments are being processed in bill.com per PO and escalate to Sourcing Manager if payment is overdue
• Track and organize incoming / outgoing samples and packages
• Create shipping labels and track incoming and outgoing sample status
• Order comp samples, and organize samples as they come in and pass along to correct sourcing manager for review
• Ad hoc reporting and projects as needed for team support
• Support with creating decks for team presentations (Vendor score cards, BoxCuration Process)
• Support in researching and executing contingency plans
• Create resources and guides to help promote understanding of FFF’s standard sourcing procedures

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sourcing, Supply Chain or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sourcing, purchasing or supply chain management with a focus on strategic sourcing and supplier development
• Demonstrated ability to work in multi-cultural environment
• High degree of emotional intelligence and empathy; able to build relationships with different cultures from around the world
• Superb attention to detail necessary to manage purchase order details and calendar scheduling
• Must have strong communication, analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
• Able to prioritize across a multiple projects and requests
