FabFitFun is a fast-growing and innovative lifestyle subscription brand seeking a Sourcing and Quality Compliance Coordinator to join our growing Operations team. This person will provide administrative and other ad hoc support to the Global Sourcing and Compliance team and will be responsible for the execution of day to day tasks and ongoing projects. This is a key support role that provides global exposure to a complex supply chain through working with offshore testing laboratories, vendors and factories.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the team in building a system to collect and track supply chain information that will be used for building a product inspection program
  • Schedule and track inspection bookings with 3rd party inspection firms
  • Responsible for domestic and international shipment of approval samples to inspection firms
  • Track and balance 3rd party invoices against completed work and ensure on-time payment
  • Maintenance of library for all approved samples and production sample
  • Responsible for organization and maintenance of all department files and templates
  • Assist team with collection and tracking of vendor provided production schedules to ensure production is on-time and meeting key milestone due dates
  • Perform special projects/tasks as assigned by the department leads

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field required
  • Proficient computer skills (Excel, Google Docs, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Mastery of multitasking and strong attention to detail
  • Critical thinker with ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with logistics and operations a plus
