Job Summary:
As the Sr. Supply Chain Manager, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of Ruggable. An ideal candidate will be extremely detail oriented and analytical with a track record of getting the job done. You will lead a team handling warehousing, inventory management, domestic procurement, and overall network strategy.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a team of Supply Chain talent with the goal of maintaining the continuity of supply across the Ruggable’s network
- Develop an inventory, warehousing, and procurement strategy to ensure scalability to support Ruggable’s growth plans
- Create, maintain, and monitor US Supply related dashboards, KPI’s, and scorecards
- Assist in standardizing our RFP process for new suppliers and/or 3PLs
- Work cross functionally with other teams (Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Logistics) to support new product launches
- Work with a sense of urgency will help ensure that ensure that operational plans are executed, performance and budget goals are achieved, and teams are kept informed and coordinated across functions
- Hire, train, and coach members of the team while promoting and creating a world class supply chain operation
What You’ll Need to Have:
Required:
- 6 - 10+ years of professional experience working in supply chain, logistics, or operations
- Experience in 3rd party warehousing, inventory management, procurement, and contract negotiation
- Proven track record of people leadership and development
- Experience conducting quantitative analysis (modeling) that can drive to insights and results using data
- Track record of managing and/or supporting large projects from start to finish, including project management, data gathering and modeling, problem solving and delivering recommendations
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Previous experience working at a high-growth company
- Experience utilizing and/or building dashboards (ex: Tableau/Looker/Sheets)
- Previous network optimization experience preferred
