Senior Operations Manager, LA
VideoAmp is looking for a hands-on Senior Operations Manager for our LA office. In this position, you will report directly to the Director of Operations and work closely with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for overseeing and assisting with facilities, human resources, and culture programs for the west coast region. Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day office management by organizing office operations and procedures
- Oversee purchase and stock of snacks, office supplies, and cleaning supplies while adhering to a budget and healthy work environment for employees
- Assist with upcoming west coast office expansions
- Work with the key stakeholders to plan and execute team bonding events and celebrate employee milestones
- General HR responsibilities
- Oversee and assist with west coast culture programs such and fitness and nutrition initiatives
- Responsible for employee corporate onboarding
- Responsible for corporate credit card program
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working in an operations role required
- Relocation and/or build out of office facilities experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of the following tools: office suite, keynote, and powerpoint
- Ability to work cross functionally
- Must be trustworthy and confidential
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Precision and detail oriented
- Ability to work off-hour events as needed
- Positive, energetic, optimistic attitude, not afraid to roll up your sleeves
- Team player, strong interpersonal skills including conscientiousness, diplomacy, flexibility, dependability, and, last but not least, a good sense of humor
