About the role and about You:

Zwift is looking for a Senior ERP Administrator to be with us from the kick-off of our implementation throughout the life of the system at our company.  In this role, you will ensure the NetSuite backend functions correctly, create a user-friendly, customizable, and accessible dashboard, provide on-going technical support for all members of the team, and finally, have a firm grasp of the trends affecting the industry.  Initially reporting to the Director of Global Programs (through the implementation), you will be a key member of Zwift’s present and future success by helping Zwift implement and manage an ERP that will continue to live and grow with our company for the next 5-10 years.

What you’ll do:

  • Perform day-to-day operation and maintenance of the NetSuite application for internal users.
  • Identify and recommend enhancements with respect to content, process, and controls.
  • Administer complex configuration, integration and maintenance of Netsuite and other critical business systems.
  • Perform functional configuration and enhancements, system maintenance and business process testing for NetSuite maintenance, which includes managing custom fields, forms, records, workflows, searching and reporting, and user roles to support business requirements.
  • Make system enhancements and modifications based on evolving business requirements.
  • Develop an understanding of strategic business needs and provide insights and recommendations to company leadership for technological solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Lead and facilitate related continuous improvement initiatives and activities
  • Manage data migrations, including ETL and other data transformation activates between systems.
  • Utilize Jira to create an audit log of changes to the NetSuite environment, and Jira to track system configurations updates and user-facing training tools.
  • Manage software upgrades and patches, prior to their installation in production
  • Utilize Smartsheet to communicate project and task status with other departments and the Project Manager.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Technology related degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in NetSuite ERP Administration.
  • NetSuite Certified in SuiteFoundation and/or Administrator and/or ERP Consultant.
  • Experience leveraging an iPaaS for NetSuite integration.
  • Demonstrated combined skill set of technical, business and financial capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  • Working in cross-functional team environments using Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivation to deliver results and seek continuous improvement.

Bonus points:

  • Certified in SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, and/or SuiteCloud Developer II.
  • Experience within a hard goods manufacturing company, with a strong direct-to-consumer focus.
  • Experience within a company with a subscription-based revenue model.
