Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst on the Data & Analytics team, your primary responsibility will be to work with stakeholders across business functions including growth, marketing, business development, finance and operations to build analytics products that enable data-driven decision making. You will guide analytics projects from discovery to solution and help us raise the bar for how we should apply our data to business decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead analysis projects with stakeholders in growth, marketing, business development, finance and operations
- Develop and own business intelligence dashboards for all business functions
- Analyze customer lifetime value, oh I thought conversion rates, inventory life cycle data, including utilization, customer turn rate, and profitability
- Collaborate with data engineering team to help define business metrics and to close data gaps in our data warehouse
- Collaborate with data scientists to help build advanced analytical models
- Find ways to use data to empower team members across the business to take action in real time
Who You Are
- At least 3-5 years of related experience managing data analysis projects in eCommerce, retail or business with warehouse operations
- Professional experience using advanced SQL in a cloud data warehouse environment (such as Redshift, Snowflake or Hive), including window functions and CTEs
- Strong data visualization skills; experience with a tool like Tableau, Periscope, Mode or something similar
- Working knowledge of business statistics and probability
- Experience with Python or R is a plus, but not required
