The FFF Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staffing. The manager will be responsible for communicating with Head Office, running a successful and profitable shop while maintaining high store standards and conditions, and fostering a positive and on-brand environment.

Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient. Assure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability. Forecast staffing needs and develop a recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing in all areas. This is a full-time contract employment that will begin immediately and end in early March with potential for further employment with FabFitFun. 

What You’ll Do:

• Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
• Maintaining store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• Motivating and educating staff on meeting sales goals
• Managing and creating staff schedules
• Tracking statistical and financial records
• Opening and closing the shop, including setting up promotional materials and displays
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Overseeing stock control, coordinating with HQ staff to replenish and adjust stock as needed
• Reporting to HQ on a daily and weekly basis
• Generally liaising with head office
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, including the Grove and FFF rules

• Think independently, and creatively with a strong market knowledge
• Experience in retail staffing with an excellent management philosophy
