Cosm Immersive:

This is a temporary part-time role.

THE POSITION

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated professional to join our team as a part-time Production Coordinator. This includes, but is not limited to, production scheduling, expense tracking and budgeting, coordination, group travel assistance, credentials, crewing, and vendor management. 

THE PERSON

The ideal candidate is a well-organized, skilled multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-past environment. We are seeking a hands-on self-starter who will execute a best-in-class planning function for a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Manager and team in all logistical processes of all ongoing VOD and live productions of sports and entertainment events
• Prepare, review or disseminate internal documentation for management and production staff
• Facilitate onboarding of third parties (vendors, contractors...) and ensure quality assurance throughout the production process
• Being flexible and handling any other production needs that may arise
• Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience working in production operations
• Passion and knowledge of the sports landscape,
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Interest in immersive technology and content
• Agile mindset and willingness to roll up sleeves and jump in to help where needed
• experiences, content, and cross-platform storytelling
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, acting proactively and able to handle a fast-paced environment
• Understanding how to prioritize and respond accordingly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask
