Grindr has an opportunity for an ambitious and creative individual to join our organization as an Operations Coordinator with our Product team. This position will be part of Grindr’s “Future Voices” program.
The Product team is responsible for managing all of the new features and functions of the Grindr app. They implement strategy, roadmap, and feature definition.

This is a unique and exciting program started to provide highly motivated and aspiring candidates with diverse backgrounds an opportunity to gain job experience. The program’s main purpose is to provide participants - those with limited professional experience - training and support for their professional development and success. The paid, part-time program lasts up to 12 weeks.
The Operations Coordinator can expect:
- Formal on-boarding
- An assigned mentor
- Formal assignment of a manager who will provide performance evaluations and coaching
- A thorough opportunity to work and partner on projects and assignments that will help build their career experience
The Operations Coordinator will learn:
- How to manage the calendar and schedule for marketing campaigns
- Pulling reports from multiple databases and platforms
- What A/B Testing is and how to set up for new features tests
- The process of utilizing Braze and its impact on customer relationship management
- An introduction to data management through the use of SQL
Requirements:
- Knowledge of how to use and navigate social media
- Some project and content management experience
- Computer Literacy, particularly with the use of Apple products
- Have an interest in pursuing a career within this field
- Eager to learn and apply new knowledge/training to this position
- Carry a unique background that supports the ability to learn, adapt, and apply new skills
