We’re seeking a part time Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to our Co-Founder’s working life and communication.

What You Will Do

  • Supports Co-Founder directly as the go-to person for all needs, including daily administration, calendar management, travel schedules, project coordination, delivering presentations, answering calls, etc.
  • Is a spokesperson for the Co-Founder on various matters
  • Provides administrative support
  • Manages a high-volume travel schedule
  • Manages Co-Founder’s calendar and appointment scheduling
  • Conserves Co-Founder’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating various types of communications
  • Coordinates projects by capturing timelines and strategies and delivering progress updates
  • Produces notes, reports, presentations and briefs
  • Prepares meeting rooms for appointments, coordinates schedules, and greet customers and clients prior to meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

 Qualifications

  • Proven success and work experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficient in computer technology especially Microsoft Office applications
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with latest office technologies and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Be available at different hours of the day
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload while being flexible and nimble
  • Follow instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion
  • Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results
