Customer Experience Advocate

As a young health tech startup based out of Culver City, CA., we are looking for a Customer Experience Advocate to join us in our mission to revolutionize the healthcare industry!
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering a high volume of calls - like a human! We’re real people and so are our customers. Must be comfortable speaking with customers about sensitive medical information
- Responding to email and chat tickets - must have strong writing skills
- Troubleshooting issues with orders
- Working with pharmacists to ensure all customer inquiries are resolved
- Looking for opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and customer experience
- Supporting the growth of our platform by looking for opportunities to proactively assist our customers
We are working with sensitive medical information so you must have a high degree of empathy and discretion.
Desired skills and experience:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Desire learn and keep learning!
- Pharmacy tech certification a plus, but not required
Pay starting at $15-$19/hr
