Partnership Success Lead | Acorns

Acorns is seeking an Account Manager to oversee Acorns’ Found Money portfolio partners. In this role you’ll build and manage relationships with key partners and identify opportunities to drive growth in partnership.

This position will report to the VP of Business Development and Partnerships.

Within 1 month, you will:

  • Be introduced to the team, processes, management philosophy, KPIs of the business development team.

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of partnership efforts including relationship management, reporting and, technical integrations
  • Deliver proactive customer contact strategy to drive partner satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Administer reporting, data and trend analysis, tracking, troubleshooting and overall account maintenance
  • Lead campaign launch process, weekly partner's’ performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews
  • Monitor customer health status to track usage, performance and overall customer satisfactions
  • Work closely with Business Development leads on renewal and growth of partnership
  • Develop proposals, presentations and mocks
  • Ensure partner and campaign compliance in partnership with Securities team
  • Handles other ad hoc projects and reporting as needed

What you will bring to Acorns

  • BA/BS from top-tier university
  • 2-3 years of experience in account management or sales development management, preferably in loyalty or enterprise applications
  • Experience in account/project management, reporting and analyzing of data/performance trends
  • Experience building and maintaining high-level partner relationships (Director level and above)
  • Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Keynote and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Diligent work ethic with a high attention to detail
