About the role

We're looking for an Outbound Call Representative for a growing tech startup company! You'll take the lead on scheduling restaurant customers to go live on our systems.

  • Communicate effectively with various departments through email regarding client schedule status, leads to call, and any daily assignments
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships by taking the extra mile
  • Set priorities and manage time effectively, must be able to multi-task 
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly quotas

What you bring to the role:

  • Phone sales experience
  • A team player with excellent collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Excel
  • Ability to self-manage and work independently in a fast-paced business setting that is rapidly changing
  • Thrives on a team where expertise is shared and feedback is welcomed
  • Follow-through and attention to detail
