About The Role:

The LTL customer service representative will create value for our customers by delivering an exceptional customer experience. The individual will contribute to the success and growth of our business by working proactively and communicating with clients, both internal and external. The Customer Service Representative has the ability to prioritize and multi-task in order to deliver exceptional service. The CSR also has the ability to work with little direction but understands the importance of consulting with management in order to resolve exceptions quickly.

What You'll Do

• Perform general customer service as it relates to LTL, including answering emails, phone, face-to-face meetings
• Must be organized, professional, and able to handle high volume of requests during peak periods
• Interaction will be with LTL Service Providers, Internal Staff, and Customers
• Duties include rate quotes, data entry, sales bids, status updates, creating BOLS for customers
• Respond to challenges in a professional manner and using tools in place such as our internal operating system, LTL service providers websites, and by calling LTL service providers

What You'll Have

• Should possess ability to communicate well in person, on the phone, and through email
• Create company forms and reports in accordance with procedures
• Ability to learn and understand life cycle of an LTL order, in order to provide insight and opportunities to improve operations
• Responsible for maintaining high level of service through open and concise communication to ensure we meet and exceed customer expectations
