FabFitFun Style is seeking an Operations Manager that is highly organized and detail oriented with a strong background in developing key strategic business processes with cross-functional stakeholders for a retail brand. This role will be instrumental in implementing process to support growth initiatives for scale. This candidate will work with the team to develop, manage, and optimize our existing processes to create and streamline efficiencies between HQ initiatives and warehouse implementation. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded, creative problem solver with the ability to work against tight deadlines, and switch gears comfortably in a fast­-moving startup environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Create strategic roadmap for Style operations
• Drive analyses on operations projects and important strategic decisions
• Acts as the liaison between Style business and the fulfillment center
• Gain understanding and develop the right metrics to measure operations including shipping, payments, order management, brand performance and other elements that drive customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, analytics, marketing, customer care and other teams to develop, test, and execute business agenda
• Oversee internal operations of Style subscription program; fulfillment; customer billing, assignment, and order creation;
• Lead, grow, and improve the logistics operations and processes
• Develop and report on KPIs to improve performance. Generate scorecards, presentations, and recommendations to drive shipping and fulfillment performance improvements and cost optimizations
• Successfully manage ongoing relationships with key vendors in the areas of shipping, payment processors, billing management, and packaging / supplies
• Research, review and implement best in class technology and infrastructure suitable to the scope and size of our growing business (Warehouse Management System, Order Management System, etc)
• Resolve operational and infrastructure issues.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, mathematics, economics, or other quantitative field
• 2-4 years of work experience in analytical, consulting, finance or engineering role. MBA is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Access. Knowledge of SQL preferred. Experience with large datasets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience creating and optimizing business and operational processes
• Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities, and meet deadlines
• Ability to work on a team and collaborate with other stakeholders
• Self-starter and ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
• Strong project management skills

Bonus:

• Knowledge of/proficiencies in Wrike, Finale, HighJump or similar WMS, inventory and project management systems
• Previous experience in retail operations, warehousing or box subscription models
