Operations Assistant, Retirement Accounts - Part Time

We are looking for an intelligent, motivated, detail-oriented individual to work part-time in an in-house or telecommuting role. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, meticulous, personable, detail oriented and be able to both take direction and be pro-active.

What You'll Do:

  • Communicate with investors and internal team on process updates and paperwork requirements, as needed
  • Flexible hours will include a daily check-in, weekly meetings, keeping up with assigned tasks in a timely manner
  • Administrate the movement of retirement account based documents and funds with the supervision of the Marketplace Operations Team
  • Communicate as liaison between retirement account custodians, investors, and the internal team
  • Meet production goals set forth by management based on investment climate through efficient process and excellent investor communication
  • Perform administrative functions as pertains to processing and reporting in the marketplace application
  • Collaborate in team discussions for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of company operations
  • Adhere to compliance based operations, regulatory requirements and best business practices
  • Provide assistance to the investor relations team and to deliver top-tier client support
  • Assist with communication to custodians during our regular investor distribution processes
  • Maintain accurate, detailed production reports to management

Respond to investor inquiries through our online ticketing system

  • You have extreme attention to detail and are highly reliable
  • You must be able to participate in a fast-paced environment
  • You are exceptionally well organized
  • You possess excellent phone, email and verbal communication skills
  • You are a quick learner and execute effectively
  • Your spelling and grammar are beyond reproach
