FabFitFun is looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support our day-to-day office needs, take care of a rapidly growing team and support our ever-changing environment. This go-getter will be deeply involved in our day-to-day office operations, including facilities, administration support, and FabFitFun's overall productivity. What You’ll do:
- Supply, Snack and Beverage Ordering and Inventory – Responsible for maintaining the inventory by tracking against the inventory list and placing all orders for snacks, beverages, and office supplies for the designated location.
- Ensure the offices are organized, clean, and on brand by conducting regular walkthroughs, providing direction to the day-porters, and conducting light cleaning work as it relates to maintaining shared spaces.
- Support the planning and execution for People Team Social Events, All-Hands, and other company events, as needed.
- Office Catering – work with our caterers to coordinate lunch, breakfast, and event catering.
- Provide support to the Office Manager for workplace and R&M issues by proactively identifying facility issues and coordinating and scheduling vendor and contractor work.
- Organize and facilitate New Hire Desk Setup and Orientation Tours – Ensure new hires desks are setup properly by working with IT and providing new hires with basic office supplies. Lead new hire orientation tours of the offices.
- Help to coordinate meetings, trainings, and supply ordering for Office Safety Team. Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify safety concerns and raise issues to Office Manager to help resolve.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- At least 1 plus year(s) of office or administrative experience
- Excellent Customer Service
- Great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
- Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively throughout an organization
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
- Strong capability to multitask and finish assigned projects before deadlines are due
- Self-motivated and effective in a team setting and individually
