FabFitFun is looking for a Netsuite Admin Manager to join our Controllership Department! Reporting to the Director of Financial Accounting this person will be based out of our HQ in Los Angeles, and have the opportunity to work with a team of highly motivated professionals within a fast-paced eCommerce business.

What You'll Do

Administration/IT:

• Maintain the NetSuite application, system controls, and proper system access for all roles
• Configure, test and deploy changes according to business requirements
• Post go-live optimizations, performance tuning, and follow-on development efforts
• Manage NetSuite integration with internal and external systems
• Plan, review, and manage change configurations, customization, and 3rd party integration requests
• Manage multi-book configurations and foreign currency feeds
• Develop, test, and deploy application extensions using system API and 3rd party tools (for future integrations)

Implementation/Upgrade:

• Implement NetSuite modules, from design through UAT and go-live
• Support data migration, data structuring and cleanup
• Partner with internal teams to develop best in class processes for usability, adoption
• Document existing and new customizations and workflows
• Test new releases (2x year) prior to them going live for account
• Coordinate internal and 3rd party implementations that involve NetSuite

NetSuite Business Optimization:

• Train users and educate them in best use of NetSuite
• Keep informed on new NetSuite features and functionality and provide recommendations for improvements
• Optimize NetSuite configuration/functionality to meet business needs
• Collaborate with users to understand their business processes and support their optimized use of NetSuite
• Develop and modify NetSuite Reporting, Saved Searches, KPIs and dashboards based on business needs
• Manage business process testing for ongoing NetSuite upgrades
• Fully document existing and new customizations and workflows

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS or Mathematics desired; master’s degree in one of these areas a plus
• 3+ years of related work experience with at least 2 years of significant technical and functional experience in NetSuite
• Implementation experience with at least 3-5 NetSuite implementations (setup, configuration and, customization)
• Module configurations within NetSuite OneWorld ERP system (i.e. Financials/Consolidation process, procure to pay, order to cash and multibook)
• Experience managing functional requirements of an implementation and engaging with senior stakeholders across the business to identify needs and to scope required enhancements for NetSuite
• Operational processes and requirements in the ERP world, including accounting, multibook, consolidation, quote to cash, procure to play, operations
• Strong analytical capabilities coupled with business acumen needed to proactively solve problems facing the organization
• Administrator level knowledge and experience of roles, permissions, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports, and dashboards
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements and process improvement methodologies
• Ability to write test scripts and train users
