Merchandise Coordinator

About the role and about You:
Zwift is working to grow our global eCommerce business. Our goal is to ease the customer journey and drive user engagement in-game and IRL. We’re looking for someone to actively assist our eCommerce department and team of merchants with the day to day responsibilities of launching and maintaining all merchandise that drives the company goal of “More People, More Active, More Often.” If you’re hyper organized, thrive in a fast paced environment, love bringing product to life, and the mix of technology and fitness gets you excited, we’d love to hear from you!
What you'll do:
- Onboard new vendors through our vendor certification process and personalized vendor manuals
- Create barcodes/skus for new products
- Maintain and update product related data such as pricing, product tags, promotions and copy
- Handle scheduled sweeps of all sites to review products regularly and take corrective action on stocked-out and low inventory items to make sure back in stock messaging is accurate and up to date and products are displayed consistently across all sites
- Process internal orders with guidance from eComm Merchandiser
- Own PO reconciliation and account management - routes invoices accordingly
- Manage internal sample inventory and closet to check items out for photo shoots
- Manage vendors along production process after PO placement to ensure timely delivery of new products and collaboration with ops/procurement team to make sure orders are delivered and inbounded in warehouses
- Act as the liaison between the merchandising and CX teams on product availability, restock dates, customer concerns and feedback on product
What we're looking for:
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and juggle multiple priorities
- Ability to manage communications and feedback with the organization
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills (within organizational departments and geographies)
- Excel and Google Docs expert
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong technical skills and comfort with data and web technologies
- Shopify experience a plus
- Netsuite experience a plus
