Longève Brands is looking for a part-time Merchandise Coordinator (10 - 20 hours a week) to join the acceleration stage of our sustainable & clean plant-based foods CPG start-up. This role will support our marketing + sales teams in fulfilling sample requests from potential clients, influencers, chefs and more. This is a unique opportunity to earn some extra income while putting your keen attention to detail + organization skills to good use. What You'll Do

• Pack/ship product samples, influencer kits + trade show/event materials
• Order print supplies as needed
• Manage inventory of product and re-order as necessary, while maintaining an organized shipping area
• Maintain database of brand contacts + sample shipment details
• Assist marketing team with tracking ROI of samples/kits
• Coordinate with sales and marketing team leads to ensure all requests are met on time
• Support marketing + sales teams in managing and following up on new leads

What You Need to Succeed

• 1+ years of marketing/sales/customer service experience preferred
• Incredibly organized with a keen attention to detail
• Highly proficient in Microsoft SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs
• Self-starter who can work independently with a remote-based team
• Comfortable working in an agile environment at a fast pace 
• Entrepreneurial spirit able to identify and solve problems in an ambiguous environment
• Excellent people-skills – particularly around relationship building and communication with external and internal contacts. 
• Experience in Natural foods/packaged foods/health and/or beauty & wellness industries a plus
• Ability to work from our Irvine, CA office 2-3 days a week, 4-6 hrs each day...Mondays + Wednesdays preferred, 3rd day is flexible
