The Manager of Customer Success role is an exciting one as you’ll have the opportunity to lead a team of CSMs and implement and define strategic processes. As our Manager of Customer Success, you will not only be leading your own team, you will also work across various departments to chair projects affecting the customer lifecycle. You’ll be building and updating metrics for the Leadership team on customer retention and satisfaction, as well as implementing and overseeing sentiment surveys. You’re a Gainsight and systems guru and will implement and integrate Gainsight and other systems to support the Customer Success Team.

You will assist in defining and implementing our renewal process. Additionally, you are comfortable handling customer concerns because “calm and collected” is your middle name. From ensuring our customer onboarding process is up-to-date to visiting customers on-site and at conferences, you’re thriving when customers are your focus.

What you'll need:

• 2+ years leading and mentoring a team of size
• 3+ years of experience with Gainsight
• Knowledge of SaaS business model
• Experience working with channel partners
• Ability to easily flow between strategic and tactical thinking
• Strong experience working interdepartmentally
