Ritual is based in sunny Los Angeles but will be working remotely until the global health situation improves. 

Essential 

The Inventory Supply Manager will be a crucial part of Operations at Ritual, and integral to the balanced growth of our team. This new hire will have the chance to create an immediate impact upon joining, while bringing value that currently does not exist. As the first Manager hired on the Operations team, this hire will succeed by being entrepreneurial, resourceful, strategic, and organized, while highly adaptable to a constantly evolving environment. 

What You’ll Do: 

● You will be responsible for maintaining positive inventory levels across vendors and fulfillment partners, while also overseeing internal Netsuite inventory levels

● You will innovate on and implement new strategies to forecast supply and coordinate production, while preventing Out of Stocks 

● You will collaborate daily & weekly with QA, CX, Finance, and all outside Vendors

● Your work will incorporate more stability into our inventory management and planning, while helping to introduce change-making upgrades to our existing process

What You Need: 

● Extensive experience managing the day-to-day and long-term inventory levels of fast moving products 

● Experience working in the direct-to-consumer space with a flexible mentality required for startup success 

● Some experience with ERPs such as NetSuite 

● A basic understanding of the nature of inventory accounting 

● Solid experience using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel 

● Experience in manufacturing, production management, or vendor management is strongly preferred
